Inola Area

Industrial Parks

Jobs, Industry & Transportation

Inola provides opportunities for commercial and industrial growth through not one but TWO industrial parks.  We have the Jim Summerlin Industrial Park within Inola city limits on the North side of town with easy access to Highway 88 and US-412.  We also have the Tulsa Port of Inola (formerly Black Fox) owned and operated by the Tulsa Port Authority and is located about 4 miles outside of Inola.  It also is part of Inola City Limits.

Summerlin Industrial Park

With the Summerlin Industrial Park, you will find lots ranging from 1.76 acres to 5 acres.  It also has a a Business Incubator Program operating with a 9,000 square foot building.  Water, sewer, electric, natural gas, telephone and high speed internet are all available.  Click HERE to see available lots and surrounding businesses.  The Summerlin Industrial Park is managed by the Rogers County Development.

Tulsa Port of Inola

The Tulsa Port of Inola is unique in that it provides not only the opportunity for extremely large tracts of land already zoned for heavy industrial, but also provides easy or on-premise access to highways (US-412, Highway 88, and nearby I-44 Interstate), rail access through an on-site rail spur and partnership with Union Pacific, and water access to the Verdigris Navigational Channel with an on-site barge slip.  With the Inola River/Rail Industrial Park, there are over 1000 acres zoned for up to I-4 Heavy Industrial that are perfect for larger manufacturing or distribution plants requiring up to several hundred acres.
